FREE Online Living Well Programme from Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust

Free online Living Well programme from Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust which has an online version of the course ready to deliver to participants from 20th October.  Each LWP runs for six weeks and is comprised of weekly 2 hour sessions, each structured to cover a variety of key topics dealing with various aspects of long-term health condition management.

Aim: Is to support people to learn how to cope and better manage their Health condition.

Any adult living with a long-term physical or mental health condition can self-refer.

They are running 4 courses between now and the end of the year, the details of which are as follows:

Every Tuesday from 20th October until 24th November, 10am – 12pm each week (6 sessions)

Every Monday from 2nd November until 7th December, 2pm – 4pm each week (6 sessions)

Every Wednesday from 11th November until 16th December, 10am – 12pm each week (6 sessions)

Every Friday from 13th November until 18th December, 10am – 12pm each week (6 sessions)

Participants must be able to attend the first session of the course to be able to take part in the remainder of that course, and must attend at least 4 of the 6 weekly sessions to complete the course.

To join one of the online LWP courses detailed above, participants will need to be able to access Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) either through the app or online.
