2. DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS

2.1 To deal with any disclosure by Members of any disclosable pecuniary interests and interests other than pecuniary interests, as defined under Hassocks Parish Council’s Code of Conduct and the Localism Act 2011, in relation to matters on the agenda.

Exclusion of Public and Press In view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted Councillors will be referred to the Confidential agenda. If any members of the public or press are present they will be requested to withdraw from the meeting.

3. ADASTRA PARK DRAINAGE PROJECT

3.1       Members of the Council are asked to authorise the Clerk to issue the Contract for the delivery of Adastra Park Drainage Project works (Appendix 1).

Members RESOLVED that in view of the confidential nature of the following items, the press and public be excluded under section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.

Members RESOLVED to authorise the Clerk to award a contract for the delivery of Adastra Park Drainage Project works to the Council’s preferred contractor.  Contract Award Notice to be made publicly available on Find A Tender, the government’s official portal for public contracts, on 19 August 2025.
