5.9 DM/25/2585 54 Woodsland Road Hassocks West Sussex BN6 8EU Extension of existing roof to the south over existing flat roof to garage with gable ends to the east and west and 2 No roof lights. Converting existing hip end to the north into a gable. Retain front dormer on the front/west elevation. New dormer and roof light on the east elevation and addition of French doors and glass balustrade. Amended Plans received 11.12.2025 showing proposed grey windows, roof tiles to match the existing and introduction of vertical Cedar boarding on new gable additions and to clad rear dormer.

7. SOUTH DOWNS LOCAL PLAN REVIEW – Members are asked to note that SDNP published their Land Availability Assessment (LAA) on 9th December 2025. This document is used to inform on the Local Plan Review, due for Regulation 19 Consultation in May 2026. The LAA does not determine whether a site should be allocated for development.
There are two sites within our parish included in the LAA.
