5.4 DM/25/3186 5 Wilmington Close Hassocks West Sussex BN6 8QB Variation of condition 3 relating to planning application DM/24/1474, to change the brick and tile hung cladding on the rear elevation to instead replace with render at ground floor and timber cladding at first floor.
5.5 DM/25/2014 The Old Malthouse Ockley Manor Farm Ockley Lane Hassocks West Sussex BN6 8NX Replacement of two windows – kitchen and bedroom. Painting of external cladding (Amended Plans received 05/01/2026).

A Spatial Strategy for Development and Site Allocations – Lewes Local Plan consultation
The consultation is open from 18 Dec 2025 at 09:00 to 28 Feb 2026 at 18:00.
Phase 2 – Regulation 18 Lewes District Councils Local Plan consultation ‘A Spatial Strategy for Development in our Plan Area (incorporating Site Allocations) (Appendix 1).
